🌭 The Wieners

The Springfed Classic$6

All-beef dog, toasted bun, ketchup & mustard. The one that started it all.

The Manatee Melt$8

Chili, gooey cheddar, crispy onions. Big, friendly, impossible to rush.

Crystal River Slaw Dog$7

Tangy slaw, yellow mustard, a little crunch. A Florida porch on a bun.

The Captain's Coney$8

Diner-style chili sauce, diced onion, mustard stripe. Salute optional.

Old-Fashioned Soft Serve$4

Vanilla, chocolate, or the swirl. In a cup or a crispy cone.

Three Sisters Sundae$7

Three scoops, hot fudge, whipped cream & a cherry. Made for sharing (you won't).

Springwater Float$5

Root beer or orange soda over a fat scoop of vanilla. Fizzy and frosty.

Sunset Banana Boat$8

A real banana, three scoops, all the toppings. Boat-shaped, naturally.

Look for us drifting near the spring run on warm days. We post our exact spot each morning — wave us down from your kayak, paddleboard, or the dock.
